The fermentation room is adapted to combination type in constant temperature and constant humidity. l 通过风机将醒发房内醒发空间的空气抽到夹层天花内，然后经过散热器将空气加热，再将加热的空气吹到导风槽，通过导风槽出风口将热风送到醒发空间,这样不断循环加热,使温度达到所需要的醒发温度。
The air in the fermentation room deflated to the inner plafond by the air blower and use radiator to heat, and blow the air into air deflector again. Repeat this process again and again until to achieve the required temperature.
l 醒发房的湿度是通过蒸汽喷淋管及雾化装置系统来补充，经过热风吹向醒发房内各个位置，使醒发房内之湿度达到相对均匀。
The humidity of fermentation room is supplied of steam spray header and atomization system. So the humidity achieved a relatively uniform.
l 当干温设定在某个温度及进入醒发房蒸汽管道压力为0.2Mpa的时候，温差不超过±1.2℃,醒发房会自动开启或关闭蒸汽供应，并且会在1分钟内将温度升到设定的温度。
l 当湿度设定在某个湿度及进入醒发房蒸汽管道压力为0.2Mpa的时候，湿差不超过±1.8%，醒发房会自动开启或关闭蒸汽湿度的供应,并且会在1分钟内将湿度升降到设定的湿度。
The fermentation room steam supplied or not when the temperature/humidity at a particular value steam pipe pressure at 0.2Mpa, temperature less than ±1.2% humidity less than±1.8%, and then will achieve setting temperature/ humidity within 1min.
l 醒发房开始工作，在20分钟内可达到醒发环境。(一般温度在38℃～42℃, 湿度:70%～85%，醒发30～50分钟,按客户产品而设定。)

l 醒发房采用日本产OMRON(欧姆龙)触摸屏及PLC控制，可根据不同产品的要求来设置温、湿度，使产品醒发效果更理想。
